Description
The SC6264-45 is a drop-in replacement for 8K x 8 6264 SRAM ICs (HY6264, TC5565, SRM2264, etc.). It can be used as a substitute for all 6264 SRAM ICs in DIP-28 package that have a maximum access time greater than or equal to 45ns.
