Description
The SC6116-45 is a drop-in replacement for 2K x 8 6116 SRAM ICs (HM6116LP, TC5517CF, AM9128, MB8416, CY6116A, etc.). It can be used as a substitute for all 6116 SRAM ICs in DIP-24 package that have an access time greater than or equal to 45ns.
